Cancellation and Appointment Policy
Appointment Bookings
Appointments are reserved exclusively for each client. To ensure fair availability and effective scheduling, we kindly ask that all clients provide adequate notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Payment for appointments is due in full immediately following your session, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will not incur a cancellation fee.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full appointment fee.

Payment of the cancellation fee is due upon receipt of the invoice. Future appointments may not be accepted until any outstanding balance has been paid.
Missed Appointments (No-Shows)
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without providing notice will result in the full appointment fee being charged.
Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice, and future appointments may be refused until the outstanding balance has been settled.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving late may have their session time shortened to avoid disrupting subsequent appointments. The full appointment fee will still apply.
If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be cancelled or rescheduled at our discretion and may be treated as a late cancellation. In such circumstances, the full appointment fee may be charged.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that genuine emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. Cancellation fees may be waived at our sole discretion.

Practitioner Cancellation
If we need to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, an alternative appointment will be offered as soon as reasonably possible. No cancellation fee will apply in these circumstances.
Acceptance
By booking an appointment with Ray-Thletix, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Cancellation and Appointment Policy, including your responsibility to pay the applicable appointment fee in the event of a late cancellation or failure to attend.
Outstanding Cancellation Fees
Where a cancellation fee or no-show fee remains unpaid, the outstanding balance must be paid before or at the time of the client's next appointment.
Ray-Thletix reserves the right to decline future bookings or treatment until any outstanding balance has been settled.
At our discretion, existing clients may be permitted to attend a future appointment, provided the outstanding cancellation fee is paid in addition to the cost of that appointment at the time of attendance.
