1. Introduction

By booking, attending, purchasing, or participating in any service offered by us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services Provided

Strength and conditioning coaching

Acupuncture (where applicable and appropriately licensed)
Services may be delivered in person, online, or in a hybrid format.
3. Health Disclosure
You agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your health, medical history, injuries, medications, allergies, and any other information relevant to your participation in our services.
You must inform us immediately of any changes to your health status.
Failure to disclose relevant information may increase the risk of injury and may affect the suitability of treatment or exercise recommendations.
4. Medical Advice Disclaimer
Our services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a qualified medical practitioner.
We do not diagnose medical conditions unless specifically authorised and qualified to do so under applicable law.
You should consult your GP, consultant, physiotherapist, or other healthcare professional where appropriate.
If you experience severe pain, sudden symptoms, chest pain, difficulty breathing, neurological symptoms, or any medical emergency, seek immediate medical attention.
5. Consent to Physical Contact
You acknowledge and consent to physical contact where necessary for:

Positioning and correction of exercise technique
We will always seek appropriate consent before treatment commences and before working on sensitive areas.
You may withdraw consent at any time.
6. Personal Responsibility
You acknowledge that participation in physical activity, exercise programmes, rehabilitation programmes, manual therapy, massage, and acupuncture carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Muscle soreness
Bruising
Soft tissue irritation
Joint discomfort
Dizziness
Fatigue
Allergic reactions
Aggravation of pre-existing conditions
Injury
You voluntarily assume these risks.
7. Fitness and Exercise Participation
You agree to:
Exercise within your capabilities
Follow instructions provided
Stop activity immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, chest discomfort, shortness of breath, or unusual symptoms
Inform us immediately of concerns during sessions
We reserve the right to stop or modify any session if we believe it may place you at risk.
8. Acupuncture Services
Where acupuncture is offered:
You acknowledge that acupuncture may involve risks including:
Bruising
Minor bleeding
Temporary discomfort
Dizziness
Infection (although strict hygiene procedures are followed)
Rare adverse reactions
Separate written informed consent may be required before treatment.
Acupuncture will only be performed by appropriately trained and insured practitioners.
9. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:
Death or personal injury caused by negligence
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
Any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law
Subject to the above:
We shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential loss
Loss of earnings
Business interruption
Loss arising from failure to follow advice or instructions
Injuries resulting from undisclosed medical conditions
Our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the relevant service unless otherwise required by law.

Appointments, Deposits, Cancellations and Rescheduling
Booking Confirmation
A £20 deposit is required to secure all appointments. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the treatment, assessment, coaching session, or other service booked.
Cancellation and Rescheduling by Client
Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment by providing notice via our approved communication channels.
• More than 24 hours' notice: The £20 deposit may be transferred to a new appointment date.
• Less than 24 hours' notice: The £20 deposit will be forfeited.
• No-show appointments: Clients who fail to attend an appointment without prior notice may be charged the full appointment fee. At a minimum, the £20 deposit will be forfeited.
Any outstanding balance resulting from a late cancellation or non-attendance must be paid before future appointments can be booked.
Late Arrival
If you arrive late for an appointment, the session may be shortened to avoid disruption to subsequent appointments. The full appointment fee will remain payable.
Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to illness, emergencies, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where appropriate, the deposit will be refunded or transferred to an alternative appointment date.
Payment
The remaining balance for services is payable at the time of the appointment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to refuse or suspend services where payment remains outstanding.
Package sessions, coaching plans, rehabilitation programmes, or other prepaid services must be paid in accordance with the payment terms agreed at the time of purchase.
All fees are subject to change. Any fee changes will not affect appointments that have already been confirmed and paid for, or where a deposit has already been received.
13. Online Coaching and Remote Services
Where services are delivered remotely:
You are responsible for ensuring a safe exercise environment.
You participate at your own risk.
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted internet connectivity.
Advice is based on information provided by you.
14. Client Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services where a client:
Behaves aggressively
Uses abusive language
Harasses staff
Attends under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Creates a risk to safety
No refund will be due where services are terminated for these reasons.
15. Confidentiality
Client information will be treated confidentially and handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
